Launched in 2015, LoopConf was created to be an event that brings together the people driving innovation in the WordPress space, and building awesome things using the platform. Each year the event has grown and matured, and we’re thrilled to announce that LoopConf is back live and in living color!

Date

Thursday, 25 September 2025. Doors open at 9:00.

Sessions will conclude at 17:00 and will be followed by a networking reception at 19:00.

Venue

The event will be held at the historic Bishopsgate Institute, a cultural venue in the City of London. Their beautiful Victorian building is a place for people to connect over a shared love of learning.

In addition to the great hall we'll have access to the library and upper hall for networking and lounging.

A catered lunch will be served in the upper hall with snacks, coffee, and other beverages served throughout the day.

After Party

After the sessons conclude, and you've gotten some dinner, we'll reconvene at The Oyster Shed for some highly coveted networking time.

We'll provide some canapé`s and a beverage or two. You provide the topics of conversation. For a lot of events, the after party is the piece that really delivers on the value of in-person gathering. So don't miss out on this part!

Get Tickets

We can only accommodate 200 attendees. And we have way more than 200 folks already on the 2025 mailing list. So, we're releasing our 200 tickets in batches of 50.

Each batch will release at noon in a different timezone. You should join our mailing list to ensure you get a ticket. We'll send one email with 24 hours notice and another as soon as they're live.
